They ensure that the movements of the suspension are translated directly into the damper output shaft, so it all works as efficiently as possible. They are sized so they can be installed with your fingers, whilst also being tight enough to ensure no slop.

You can only return a product when it's unopened and still in the same condition as when you first received it. You must have the item in its original packaging.
